The much-loved Hay Saturday Markets are returning this spring, bringing colour, character and a welcome boost of local energy back to the town centre.
From Saturday 4 April, Memorial Square will once again host a lively mix of traders on the first Saturday of every month, offering visitors and locals the chance to browse, meet producers and enjoy the unmistakable atmosphere that makes Hay-on-Wye such a special place to spend a weekend.
Expect a varied line-up of local makers, food and drink stalls, vintage finds and small independents, alongside that familiar Saturday buzz that spills out into the town’s cafés, bookshops and independent businesses. The markets play an important role in supporting the local economy, encouraging footfall and giving small traders a platform in the heart of Hay.
