New exhibition opens at Found Gallery, Brecon

We are delighted to share Found’s  first exhibition of the year opens on Tuesday 22nd February.

The show runs until Saturday, March 19th and we are open Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 4.30pm

This inaugural exhibition for 2022 will overlap with Brecon Women’s Festival and features 6 women artists, Hannah McAndrew – a potter from Scotland, Zoe Wright – a jeweller based near Kington and a remarkable exhibition of images by international photographer Paul Harris.  Paul is showing a collection of images gathered over 30 years celebrating and honouring the spirit and community of women that he has encountered in his work across the world.

Hilda Benham

The show will include some sculptures by Rhuddian Cheasley-Rau.

Found Gallery is situated in a prominent position at the eastern entrance to the town of Brecon.
The gallery is spread over two floors and has a changing exhibition programme showcasing predominantly Welsh artists as well as emerging and established creative talent from all mediums. Each exhibition offers work for sale from art to hang on your walls to beautiful pottery and ceramics, as well as textiles, prints and photography depending on the exhibition theme.
