Explore Penpont & Abercamlais – Open Day

Step into the history, gardens and landscapes of two of Bannau Brycheiniog’s finest estates during this special Open Day event.

Visitors can explore the gardens at both Penpont and Abercamlais, including the Green Man Maze, walled gardens, woodland paths, and a scenic circular walking route along the River Usk linking the two historic houses.

There will be:

• Tea, coffee and cake in the stables at Penpont

• Ice cream and alpacas at Abercamlais

• History talks inside the church at 3pm and 5pm

• A bric-a-brac stall and access to the Penpont Organic Farm Shop

All proceeds from the day go toward the restoration and upkeep of Penpont Church.

No booking required.

Parking: At Penpont Estate (signposted from the A40, 5 miles west of Brecon)
