Spend three days walking, canyoning and unwinding in Bannau Brycheiniog with Adventure Britain. This hosted weekend combines a guided mountain day, a high-energy canyoning experience and an outdoor yoga session, with time to relax and socialise at the organiser’s 72-acre activity centre.
Arrive on Friday 16 October and settle into your accommodation before a relaxed welcome and evening with the group. On Saturday, head into the mountains for a guided walk, with the route chosen to suit the group and conditions. The afternoon brings canyoning through one of South Wales’ spectacular gorges, including scrambling, climbing, swimming, sliding and optional jumps under the guidance of experienced instructors.
Sunday begins at a gentler pace with an outdoor yoga session led by Janet Anthony-Buck, a British Wheel of Yoga-trained teacher with more than 25 years’ experience. The session focuses on slow, mindful movement before the weekend draws to a close.
