Welsh singer-songwriter and guitarist Elis Penri brings bilingual songwriting, a blues-influenced sound, guitar and harmonica to The Brecon Tap.
He will be joined by Ceri Evans on keyboard and harmonium, with special guest singer-songwriter and guitarist Justin Lewis Preece performing original songs and blues-influenced covers.
