Llandovery welcomes the festive season with a Christmas Market and community lights switch-on in Market Square on Friday 27 November 2026. The event brings local producers, makers, musicians and residents together for a full day of seasonal shopping and entertainment.
Christmas Market: 10am–2pm
Browse stalls from local food producers, craftspeople and independent makers in the heart of Llandovery. It is a useful opportunity to shop locally for Christmas gifts, seasonal treats and produce while supporting small businesses from the town and surrounding area.
Christmas Lights Switch-On: from around 4.50pm–5pm
The evening programme continues with community choirs, live music and food and drink before the Mayor officially switches on Llandovery’s Christmas lights. Bring family and friends, wrap up warmly and enjoy the start of the town’s festive season.
Admission
Admission is free and no advance booking is required.
