Cynefin is a two-day festival and conference celebrating the relationship between nature-friendly farming, wildlife, food and rural community. Organised by the Nature Friendly Farming Network, it brings farmers, conservationists, policymakers and nature lovers together at Llangorse Multi Activity Centre from 9am on Saturday 12 September to 3pm on Sunday 13 September 2026.
Saturday: insights and entertainment
Saturday explores restorative land management through talks on strategic grazing, thriving hedgerows and the role of farms in curlew conservation. The programme also includes practical field demonstrations, a keynote speech from Alun Elidyr, live music, food and drink.
Sunday: collaboration and connection
Sunday looks at collaborative farming for healthier landscapes, with a guided farm walk and a closing session bringing the weekend’s ideas together.
Plan your visit
Food and refreshments will be available to buy on site. Children’s activities are available separately through the centre, and camping can be booked at Llangorse Multi Activity Centre for visitors making a weekend of it.
