What to expect

Hailing from the high desert of Northern New Mexico, Cahalen has spent the past 15 years touring internationally as a solo artist, in duo with Eli West, and with his band Western Centuries. His music spans old-time, bluegrass, folk and country traditions with a distinctive voice and captivating stage presence.

Cahalen has shared stages with some of the biggest names in folk and roots music, including Tim O’Brien, Jerry Douglas, Aly Bain, Kris Drever, Crooked Still and David Grisman. His Brecon performance promises an intimate evening of exceptional musicianship in one of the town’s most atmospheric venues.
