Ty Berllan is a refurbished eighteenth-century cottage on Church Street in Brecon, a short walk from the town centre. Its two bedrooms sleep up to four guests, making it a practical base for couples and small families, with one well-behaved dog welcome under the owners' current conditions.
The ground floor combines a lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen, Wi-Fi and a wood-burning stove. Upstairs are one double bedroom, one bunk bedroom and the shower room; all sleeping and bathroom accommodation is on the first floor.
Brecon's independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance, along with the canal basin, riverside and routes towards the surrounding hills. A secure rear courtyard adds useful outdoor space for guests travelling with a dog.
