Pentwyn Barn is a converted barn on a working farm at Llanwern, near Brecon, with wide views towards Pen y Fan. Sleeping six guests in three bedrooms, it offers families and friends a peaceful self-catering base for exploring Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons).
The ground floor has a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, a bunk room and a family bathroom. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space combines a vaulted ceiling and old oak beams with a large picture window framing the mountain view. Wi-Fi and a wood-burning stove make it comfortable throughout the year.
The enclosed courtyard has outdoor seating, a charcoal barbecue and a fire pit. There is off-road parking for two cars, electric-vehicle charging and an enclosed area for secure bike storage. Up to two dogs are welcome under the operator's current booking conditions.
