Brecon Holiday Cottages offers two pet-free self-catering cottages at Cefncoedbach Farm in Sarnau, around four miles north of Brecon. Woodland View and Mountain View look towards the Black Mountains and Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons), with walking, cycling and countryside activities close at hand.
Woodland View sleeps six across four bedrooms. A shower room is on the ground floor, while the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is upstairs alongside additional sleeping rooms, including a super-king zip-and-link bed that can be arranged as two singles. Guests staying here also have use of a games room with a pool table.
Mountain View has a ground-floor double bedroom, twin bedroom and spacious bath/shower room, with its living room and kitchen on the first floor. It can be booked for two to four guests and retains the character of the converted farm building.
The cottages can be booked together for groups of up to ten. Both have Wi-Fi and ample parking, with shared laundry facilities between them. Secure bicycle storage and bike-washing facilities make the farm practical for cycling breaks, while walks can begin from the property without first taking the car.
Pets are not accepted. The ground-floor bedrooms and bathroom facilities can be helpful for some visitors, but both cottages have important living or sleeping spaces upstairs; anyone with particular access requirements should discuss the full arrival and internal layout with the owner before booking.
