Aberyscir Coach House is a one-bedroom self-catering cottage for two in the hills above Brecon, within Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park. The converted Victorian coach house combines a peaceful rural setting with views towards Pen y Fan and exceptionally dark night skies.
The cottage has a double bedroom, bathroom, compact well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a wood-burning stove. A private patio provides outdoor dining, a barbecue and mountain views.
Guests have parking beside the cottage, secure cycle storage in the adjacent barn and access to a 7kW untethered Zappi EV charger for an additional charge. Pets are not accepted because the owners keep their own dogs, chickens and sheep at the property.
Several walks begin at the property, including a lane-and-common circuit with wide views across the National Park. The fields and patio also provide a naturally dark setting for stargazing, whether guests simply look up or bring their own telescope.
