About:
Eco-conscious stays on a 200-acre working organic hill farm. These two self-contained cottages are set among sheep, pigs, cattle, hens and Welsh mountain ponies. They allow guests to learn about sustainable farm life and enjoy peace, rural charm and star-filled skies.

What they offer:

  • Bryniau Pell (sleeps 6 + 2 infants): converted barn with open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge (oak flooring, wood burner, panoramic views), ground-floor super-king en-suite, double room, twin room and nursery. Smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers and EV charging

  • Hill Cottage (sleeps 5 + 1 infant): 17th-century longhouse with flagstone floors, beamed ceilings, wood burner, three bedrooms and wet room. Welcomes dogs and cats (by arrangement, extra charge)

  • Both cottages include free Wi‑Fi, smart TVs, enclosed gardens with BBQ patios, EV charging, off-road parking and campfire sites. Packed with family-friendly touches: games, puzzles, nursery gear, logs, local meat, spring water and eco‑cleaning supplies

  • Guests can order organic produce hampers or join farm experiences like Jacob sheep trekking, egg collecting and animal feeding. Horses and ponies are also welcome

Why we love them:
These cottages combine rustic elegance, eco-credentials and character in a spectacular setting. With walking routes up Black Mountain from the doorstep, farm-to-table produce and dark skies for stargazing, it feels like a Welsh countryside sanctuary
