Brecon Beacons Food Festival Returns This October

By j.bell on 03/09/2025

The countdown is on for one of the tastiest dates in the calendar. The Brecon Beacons Food Festival is back at the Market Hall, Brecon, on Saturday 4 October 2025 (9.30am–4.30pm), bringing together more than 60 food and drink exhibitors for a true celebration of local produce.

Set in the heart of Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park, the festival is a chance to meet makers, sample seasonal treats and enjoy a vibrant atmosphere that draws visitors from across Wales and beyond.

From farmhouse cheeses and artisan bread to chutneys, chocolate, cider and craft spirits, the range of stalls reflects the richness of our region’s food scene. Throughout the day there will also be tastings, demonstrations and entertainment — making this much more than a market. It’s a festival that showcases the best of Welsh produce and the people who create it.
