Antur Cymru opened its Business Support Hub at 104 The Struet, Brecon, in October 2025, creating a visible local route to practical advice for entrepreneurs, start-ups and established businesses.

The hub formed part of Antur Cymru's wider work across Wales, helping businesses navigate areas such as planning, funding, marketing, skills and resilience. The Brecon project was funded by the UK Government through the Shared Prosperity Fund and delivered in partnership with Powys County Council.

Support for local enterprise

At the opening, local and national representatives highlighted the value of accessible, in-person support in a rural economy. Antur Cymru's approach combines one-to-one advice with wider programmes designed to help people turn ideas into sustainable businesses and help existing firms develop.
