Couples and friends looking for something a little different in South Wales this year can now book a unique evening experience combining adventure and good food, as Zip World Tower launches its 2026 Date Flight experiences.
Taking place once a month from April to September, the experience offers the chance to fly at speeds of up to 70mph on the world’s fastest seated zip line before enjoying a relaxed meal together on site.
Located at Zip World Tower in Aberdare, on the southern edge of Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park, the Date Flight experience is designed as a shared adventure rather than a traditional night out.
Participants begin with a guided Phoenix zip line experience, taking in views across the surrounding landscape as the sun begins to set. The full experience lasts around an hour and is suitable for friends, couples or anyone looking to try something memorable together.
After the flight, guests can head to the on-site Cegin Glo Bar & Bistro to enjoy a main meal and drink, making it a complete evening experience without needing to travel elsewhere.
