His portfolio includes celebrated properties such as The Felin Fach Griffin near Brecon, The Gurnard’s Head in West Cornwall, and The Old Coastguard in Mousehole — each recognised for thoughtful service, local sourcing, and genuine welcome.
With decades of hands-on experience in independent hospitality, Edmund understands the challenges facing tourism businesses across rural Wales. His insight into staffing, sustainability, food culture, community relationships and long-term business resilience brings valuable perspective to Brecon Beacons Tourism. He has been an advocate for responsible tourism, championing the role of small, deeply rooted businesses in shaping vibrant destinations.
