Our first retreat of 2018 will be a weekend yoga retreat at the luxurious glamping site Hidden Valley Yurts in the Wye Valley. Find out more about this below, or get in contact:
The weekend will be a time for you to focus on your yoga practice, as well as your wellbeing. There will be a mixture of classes, each led by a different yoga teacher and will include pranayama, asanas and meditation.
Our location, Hidden Valley Yurts, is a perfect getaway, secluded from all traffic and buildings (and wifi!). The whole glamping site will be ours for the retreat and there are 80 acres of land to explore and enjoy as well. Outside yoga with views over the Welsh hills is certainly a possibility, as are long walks, peaceful meditation and evenings spent around the campfire.
Food will be vegetarian and as much as possible will also be organic and locally sourced. Food is provided but meals will be prepared together.
Further therapies will be available during the weekend should you wish to take them (at additional cost) such as Reiki, massage and SUP Yoga (which will be off site and subject to weather and river conditions). Prices to be confirmed.
Dates: Friday 11th May – Monday 14th May (3 nights).
Price: £325pp. Book and pay your deposit before January 31st 2018 and pay the early bird discounted price: £285pp.
Accommodation: Includes shared accommodation staying in yurts in a beautiful hidden valley in the Wye Valley, food, yoga, meditation and more. There are 5 yurts on site sleeping either 4 or 6 people.

Friday Afternoon and Evening:
Arrive after 2pm.
Introduction will be at 4pm followed by a yoga class.
Saturday and Sunday:
Early morning yoga class.
Light breakfast.
Yoga session.
Lunch.
Free time for own personal meditation or book a treatment or other class.
Evening meal.
Yoga, candle meditation, yoga nidra.
