The Plough Rhosmaen Unveils New Mibrasa Charcoal Oven, Elevating Grill Flavours for Winter Dining

The Plough Rhosmaen has completed a major kitchen upgrade with the installation of its newest culinary asset: the Mibrasa Charcoal Oven — a specialist piece of equipment renowned for bringing unparalleled flavour and precision to grilled dishes.

This innovative oven functions like an indoor barbecue, using a controlled airflow system to manage the intensity of the charcoal embers. Chefs can cook between 250°C and 400°C, achieving exceptional caramelisation, consistency, and the distinctive smoky character that only charcoal can deliver.

To celebrate the launch, the team has added a selection of new dishes designed specifically to highlight the Mibrasa’s capabilities. Diners can expect beautifully cooked steaks, elevated seasonal plates, and a refreshed approach to grilled flavours.
