Although there are no definitive stats to say how many people actually get engaged in the UK on St.Valentine’s Day research completed by the latest American Express Spending and Saving Tracker consumer report surveyed Americans’ Valentine’s Day plans and found that six million couples are likely to get engaged on February 14th.
