The Secret Santa Trail Series makes its return this December in the heart of the Black Mountains — three distances, one epic setting, and a chance to start your festive season with grit, elevation and breathtaking scenery.

Whether you choose the 14 km (Figgy Pud), 10 mile (Turkey Ten) or the full Half Marathon “du Mulled Wine”, each course offers a masterclass in mountain terrain — steep climbs, quad-burning descents and ridges that carve across the landscape.

Expect wild ridges, rugged mountain paths, technical forest tracks and the kind of satisfaction only running in Wales’ uplands can deliver. At the finish, reward yourself with mulled wine and a mince pie, and why not don your best festive accessory? Runners are encouraged to show some holiday spirit.
