Brecon Beacons Tourism (BBT), a 200+ strong membership organisation for tourism businesses, is looking for a part-time Executive Director to lead its continued progress.

Includes strategic planning, budgetary control, stakeholder engagement, partnership working with the private, public and community sectors, political lobbying and management of member services. A keen understanding of destination marketing and significant experience of sustainable tourism development are crucial.

You will be comfortable with flexible working arrangements:

Approximately 20 to 24 hours a week (TBA) some evenings/weekends, at home or local premises.

Salary: £20 an hour based upon experience.
