Visitors and local music lovers have the chance to experience one of Europe’s most distinctive one-man live acts when Arthur Buezo returns to Brecon on Saturday 18 July for an intimate evening at The Muse.
Presented by the Mid Wales Rhythm & Blues Club, the concert brings together internationally touring musician Arthur Buezo and special guest Becky “The Bullet” Thomas for a night of original live music in one of Brecon’s most welcoming independent venues.
Arthur Buezo has built a reputation for his powerful solo performances, blending banjo, guitar and intricate foot percussion into a sound he describes as ‘Savage Folk’. Inspired by the raw traditions of early Appalachian mountain music while creating something entirely his own, he has toured extensively across Europe and supported acclaimed musician Cam Cole on a tour of the United States.
Now audiences in Brecon have the opportunity to experience that same energy in a venue where every performance feels personal and every seat is close to the stage.
The Mid Wales Rhythm & Blues Club has quietly established a reputation for bringing outstanding musicians to Brecon, giving audiences the opportunity to discover artists they might not otherwise encounter.
