Beer in the Beacons - A Guided Tour of a local Brewery with a CAMRA Pub Crawl
The beer lovers paradise! Take a tour of award-winning Welsh brewery Brecon Brewing with Good Day Out, followed by a mini-bus tour of three local real ale pubs boasting a rich selection of craft beers, accompanied by chief brewer Buster Grant. The tour will include explanation of the brewing process, ingredients and tastings of the beers on hand at the time. Then you will be transported to a character-full pub for a tasty lunch (with a pint if you like), followed by visits to two other pubs before being returned to Brecon. Stargazing Evening with an Astronomer
Take him on a Good Day Out Stargazing adventure with your very own professional astronomer for the evening in one of the world’s few Dark Sky areas in the Brecon Beacons!
Take a tour of the night sky, viewing familiar and unfamiliar constellations of the northern hemisphere, find various deep sky objects such as the Orion Nebula, and learn the correct use of binoculars and how to navigate via star maps.
