We've all gone cycling mad with the Tour of Britain only a few weeks away, but make sure you keep your energy up! Cycling means burning calories, a lot of sweating and hard work with much needed snack breaks in between.

Here's our guide to the best places to rest your weary cyclist legs and nibble on a well deserved cake (or two)

The Welsh Venison Centre, Bwlch is well worth a visit for its fantastic deli. Fill up on the best - snack on pork pies, Welsh cheeses, olives, chocolates and cakes.
