Held every Thursday Hay on Wye is situated within the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park
Located in the centre of Hay-on-Wye across five locations within a few minutes’ walk of each other, and all within walking distance from the main Oxford Road car park.
The town is half an hour from the nearest train station in Hereford, and easily accessible by car or bike

Hay’s main market day, with forty traders taking over the square and surrounding streets every Thursday, fifty two weeks of the year, come rain or shine.
Well supported by locals doing their weekly shop, filling bags with store cupboard staples, seasonal produce, fresh fish, local meats, Welsh cheeses, artisan breads and treats.
There is also takeaway food and barista coffee, plus a well-established flea market around the Clock Tower and a rotating group of talented makers and craftspeople in the Buttermarket Hall.
