Just because it's not quite December doesn't mean that we can't start getting into the Christmas spirit!

Here's a round-up of all the events that are happening over the next few weeks before we even hit the festive month itself... Why not get started early this year?

Saturday 23 & Sunday 24 November 2013 - Llandeilo Edwardian Christmas Fayre at Dinefwr 

The Dinefwr Edwardian Christmas Fayre is back and it's bigger and better than ever and for the first time it's all under one roof.

The whole of Newton House and the inner courtyard will be packed full of craft and food stalls, perfect for picking up a unique gift for your loved ones.

Santa Claus himself will open the proceedings on both days, so pop along to his grotto in the ale cellar to tell him what you'd like under the tree this year. Plus there's a free glass of mulled wine and a mince pie for all!

As for the 30th November 2013 there's so much going on you'll have trouble choosing!

The Welsh Venison Centre are throwing their annual Christmas Fair from 9am-5pm where food is available all day with carols and cookery demonstrations. Or pick up some handmade jewellery for Mum, a hamper for Dad or holly wreaths for the house!

On the same day there's also the Llandovery College Christmas fair from 11am-4pm or the Penderyn Village Hall Christmas Party!
