Brecon is getting ready to welcome the festive season with Brecon With Bells On, returning on Saturday 22 November 2025 with a full day of entertainment, markets, music and family activities across the town.
This year brings a new central location for the main celebrations, with the Market Hall hosting seasonal stalls and live performances from 9.30am–6pm. The programme includes a packed line-up of choirs, musicians, community groups and local performers throughout the day.

Families can also visit Santa’s Grotto at the Guildhall between 10am–4pm, run in partnership with Westenders Theatre Group. Entry is free, with children’s entertainment, hot drinks and festive cheer waiting inside.

At 6pm, the town will gather on the High Street for the official Christmas Lights Switch-On, led by The Rich Brothers, bringing the day’s celebrations to a sparkling close.

Brecon With Bells On is organised by Brecon Town Council, with support from local groups, schools and businesses, creating a town-wide celebration that brings the whole community together.
